Sexuality has no expiration date. We are sexual beings for as long as we live.

Sex after menopause can be the very best sex of your life. It’s good for your health and well-being across the board – physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The Sex After Menopause course is practical and compassionate adult sex education. We’ll cover anatomy, energetics, communication, and feelings. We’ll talk about pleasure, desire, and how these change after menopause – and how to get them back. There will be embodiment exercises in breath and movement, as well as suggestions for home practice.

We’ll discuss adaptations for intimacy when you have health challenges or disability. We’ll make space for conversation about your aging partner and how that impacts your sexuality. We’ll discuss the ageless importance of consent and boundaries as keys to healthy sexuality. And we’ll cover how to maintain your own vibrant sexuality if you do not have a partner, or you don’t choose to be sexually active at all.

Sexuality is not just about having sex. It’s about knowing yourself, and being fully alive for your whole life.

This course is for women only to create a safe space for women’s experience and voices around sexuality. The content and classroom interactions are strictly confidential.
