Registration is closed

In this course, you will learn about the major regions of the world where fine wine is produced, the more important varietals used in viticulture, and an analysis of sub-region, appellations within broad areas. You will also learn about the process of fine wine making from the vineyard to the bottle. Lastly, you will be given the opportunity to enhance your ability to appreciate and discern the qualities (and faults) of fine wine, along with an analysis of wine labels.

There will be a $10 materials fee to cover instructor costs.

Fall 2025:
DUE June 30, 2025 (Classes start 3rd week in September.)

Winter 2026: 
DUE Nov 1, 2025 (Classes for Winter must be held remotely via Zoom. They start the 3rd week in January.)
