This class will be one hour long. The first part of the class (about 30-40 minutes) will be spent sitting in the chair; the next 15-20 minutes will include standing movements or postures, using the chair for support. We will go back to the chair for final quiet moments. Build strength, work on balance, stretch your muscles! Move. Breathe. Relax.

Instructor: Jackie Ascrizzi

Yoga has been part of my life since I was quite young. Now, as I am older, my yoga practice goes to something gentle that moves the body to get blood and oxygen flowing, all muscles and joints working. I have been teaching this gentle form for about 10 years. I am a certified yoga instructor, having completed my training at the Kripalu Institute.
