Tai Chi is a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. In this class we will describe the basic elements of Tai Chi, demonstrate, and encourage your active participation.

This class will be held outdoors at Waterfall Arts, or in case of rain or extreme temperatures, it will be moved inside to the Dance Annex at Waterfall Arts.

Instructor: David Hurley

I have taught Tai Chi for the past 20 years and currently offer classes through the YWCA. I strongly believe that learning this ancient art of movement increases a person's grace, balance, and strength.
