The class will empower all attendees by sharing simple ways to impact hunger in Waldo County, where 42% of residents struggle to earn the basic cost of living.

Our county is rich in small farms and has a robust gardening community, and just by planting a seed, we can help more people access nutritious fresh foods.

The talk will share information on what food insecurity looks like in Waldo County and some of the innovative and fun ways we are working together to strengthen the local food system.
