Sea level is rising.

From the Belfast Boat House to the big bridge, the entire Belfast waterfront is built on filled land that will flood as the oceans rise. It's already flooding.

What will the future bring as everyone from the City of Belfast to private property owners and businesses make the hard calculation as they all must decide to endure, fortify, abandon, or retreat?

We'll hear from property owners and business people, harbor experts, planners, scientists to help us understand the challenges and the costs and the time frame.

----------

Instructor: Mike Hurley

Lifelong boater, former Mayor and City Councilor, waterfront property owner, and astute observer of science and facts.
