This will be a one hour sound meditation. Sound Baths are a group experience where participants sit comfortably or lay down and just listen to calming, soothing sounds that I play on various instruments. The goal is to reduce anxiety, stimulate the para-sympathetic nervous system, and help participants really relax. It is a great stress reducer and a very accessible complementary medicine.
Participants may sit up in a chair, sit on the floor or lie down. Depending on what they choose they will need to bring appropriate materials such as yoga mats, pillows, blanket bolsters; anything they need to make them comfy.

Hi! I am Felicia. I am an art teacher, artist, and sound therapy practitioner. Sound has always been a profound healer and guide throughout my life. About six years ago I was called to look deeply into the world of therapeutic sound, and vibrational healing. I began studying and practicing sound therapy with some amazing teachers and mentors, and it has been an incredible guide in my life for presence, and deep, active listening. My intention is to share the beauty of sound with as many people as possible, opening people the tools for self healing. My husband I are are in the process of building a studio/ fine art center where we will hold sound baths, teach art, wooden boatbuilding, and sound therapy instrument making to youth and adults, combining the therapeutic effect of sound with the joy and benefits of creativity and handiwork.
