Michael Shell brings over 20 years of leadership coaching, team leadership coaching and organizational culture consulting work to this course. He has a MBA from Thunderbird and was a yoga teacher for 10 years. He recently returned to Belfast from Japan where he founded the Global Leadership Community and Global Leadership Partners Asia.
