In this course we will be going over the history of the general probate process, including protecting persons; wills and trusts; and exploring a variety of strategies to ensure your wishes are carried out with ease.

Our goal is to give participants a thorough understanding of the probate process and all it entails to better prepare participants for their estate plans and how to properly deal with the Probate Court.
