Biodanza is a welcoming and structured experience of connecting to yourself and others with movement and music. Developed in Chile by a psychotherapist in the 1960s, the dance is informed by a deep understanding of the human experience. Relying heavily on Brazilian and Spanish music, the experience supports an enthusiasm for life. It uses music, movement, and group interaction to reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, and foster connection with oneself, others, and nature.

You don't need to know how to dance. The focus is on expressive, natural movement, rather than structured steps or performance. No partner is needed and it is appropriate for all bodies and movement ability levels. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
