Beginners' Introduction to Watercolor Painting

This course is meant for people who have not worked with water colors before.  It will introduce several techniques used in watercolor painting,  by doing a variety of exercises and experimenting with the medium. We'll learn how to mix different pigments to create an assortment of colors, and to make different values.

Instructor Monica Morris has been painting for 20 years, experimenting with different mediums, including oil, acrylic, pastels and watercolor. She doesn't have any formal art training. She does it for fun and relaxation.
